About The Artwork

From The "Chameleon and the Mongrel Dog" project

"The intention is to understand how the experiences resulting from these human displacements and the influence of a series of other very varied factors drastically change the perception we create of ourselves and also how we are perceived and catalogued by the different societies in which we find ourselves. Analysing this process, the way in which this geographical and physical change of the individual and the absorption of new elements as part of their social self provoke a continuous relationship of destruction and construction of new identities."
