"The paintings in this project is about my personal experience about my current state of mind. As I endeavor to touch on the essence of a stable mental health and how a troubled mind affects our daily activities, determinants of moods such as; sadness, happiness, anxiety and overall way of living this for sure has a lot to do with how we pursue our goals, dreams and total passion drive for success.
This project which I entitled "Unraveling my ravels" is basically about how I'm coping with my troubles and fighting to not get drowned in this Mississippi of melancholy, Childhood traumas, unfulfilled love relationships, little or no availability of financial resources to live on, thriving as a young and passionate artist in a less favorable and misogynistic society. This project entails all of my emotional stress and how it affects me as an individual."
