"Myself and I, we are one but our paths have been different.
I am who I've become, me is who I was then.
Our journey is shared but our views are not the same.
My experiences have changed, my outlook has been reframed.
We are bound by time but we're moving at our own pace.
I look to the future, me looks to the past's embrace."

"I cannot erase the chapters of my past, but each day brings a chance to create my own cast.
Me can't change the story that led me to this place,
But I can choose the ending and set my own pace.
So onward I go with dreams in my heart,
Me may fade from view,
But I've just found my start."
