About The Artwork

Absence of Identity
Woman would like to gain self-sufficiency and break the rules imposed on her, by the maternity model. For this she calls for liberty, work and independence. But eventually she will discover the consequences of her mindset. She will have to accept facts such as being deprived of her motherhood, isolation and sometimes social exclusion, especially in the ruthless Eastern societies. Thus, by stepping out into the world and rebelling against the natural maternity model, the woman will have to confront a new unexpected masculine world. And involuntarily, she will have to mingle with its criteria, while having no chance to change anything in its structure. For to be granted such a permission, will impose a question about the woman's identity: " Who I am " " How I should be ". In fact, this question has been turned into a challenge about her capability to play that role: "I am capable of doing this as well."
