All damages must be reported via email to: info@afrikanizm.com, within 48 hours of receiving the part.
In case of proven damage, and according to the availability of the art pieces online, you can choose to return the item(s) or exchange it(s) for another one by the same artist. Unfortunately, after 14 days, we will not be able to refund or exchange it.
If there are damages reported that allow us to proceed with the return within 14 days of receipt, any amount charged to your credit or debit card will be credited back to your account once the products are well received at our headquarters. Refunds will be subject to the necessary bank processing time.

All returns allowed by Afrikanizm must be made by post, following our instructions to protect the item when sending it to our headquarters.
In the event that any goods are returned to us with damage, loss or in conditions that prevent us from replacing them again for sale, (which was not caused by us), you will not be entitled to a refund.
